What is the value of this 24k gold plated putter?

I have bullseye style putter head (i dont know what year it was made) but it is produced by taylor made (not taylormade as i thought at first). It is called the Green Velvet head model 101 24k gold plated. I have looked on ebay and vintage golf club sites to no avail. If anyone knows anything about this putter please help me out. Thanks a bunch.

what does it mean if my car starts to putt for a couple of seconds when i try and press on the gas to move?

sometimes after its been sitting for awhile, it wont start right away and once i start it, it turns over and a few seconds after it may die out and i have to start it again. after bout 5 minutes, it starts to run perfectly normal.
